By using the Wasl App, you explicitly agree to comply with all terms and policies stated here. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the app. This acceptance applies to all parties (customers, store owners, and drivers).
For Customers:
Provide accurate personal information (full name, phone number, location).
Ensure the location is pinned correctly on the map with a clear description and, if possible, send a photo of your house/storefront for easier delivery.
For Store Owners:
Enter accurate commercial details (store name, working hours, product list, prices).
Store owners are responsible for updating prices regularly; unjustified price increases may lead to account suspension.
For Drivers:
A valid ID or driving license must be uploaded.
Select your operating area and vehicle type.
All applications are reviewed by support within 24–48 hours.
A subscription fee of 2 OMR per month is mandatory (no free trial).
Wasl acts only as a digital intermediary and does not own or sell products. Services include:
Receiving and delivering orders from restaurants, shops, pharmacies, and homes.
Mishwar section for personal item delivery.
Shop World section for e-commerce and retail shopping.
Scheduled orders and in-app chat (monitored for quality).
Advertising and promotional notifications for stores.
Subscription Packages for Stores: Starting from 10 OMR up to 50 OMR monthly with different benefits (orders, promotional notifications, featured listing).
Drivers: Subscription is 2 OMR/month from the start (mandatory).
Drivers receive 90% of the delivery fee, while Wasl retains 10% as an operational fee.
Delivery pricing for customers starts from 500 Baisa for nearby orders and goes up to 1.5 OMR for longer distances.
Orders that are canceled or rejected after preparation must still be paid for, as stated in Wasl’s shipping policy.
All parties must maintain mutual respect.
Fake orders or refusal to pay after delivery will result in account suspension and possible legal action.
Customers, drivers, and stores must use the in-app chat feature to clarify order details and ensure smooth workflow.
Drivers must deliver promptly and confirm both pickup and delivery status in the app.
Stores must prepare orders on time and with proper quality.
Customers may rate drivers and stores after each order.
Inappropriate or fake reviews will be removed.
Rating manipulation through fake accounts is strictly prohibited.
Wasl protects your data and does not sell it to third parties.
You may request to view, edit, or delete your data at any time.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated in cases of:
Fake or unpaid orders.
Repeated delays or poor service.
False information.
Misuse of chat or payment systems.
Violation of any terms stated in this document.
Wasl reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the app after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
